Clear details on pricing, data privacy, the switching bridge, and how payouts work.
What does it cost?
One subscription for your whole studio, billed monthly, ex-GST (GST where it applies). Your tier follows your paying members each calendar month: Starter A$59 for up to 100, Studio A$119 for up to 300, and Pro A$179 above that. Every plan includes one location. You don't pick a plan.
How does the free trial work?
It is 30 days from go-live. You add a card when you go live. Cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed.
I'm locked into a contract with another platform.
Tell us your contract end date and upload proof. Once verified, your first Move Belong invoice waits until that date, up to 12 months away. The 30-day trial is not added on top.
Can you move my members across?
Yes. Our team contacts you within 24 hours to help move your data, or you can import a client list from a CSV. We move your members, not their marketing consent. People choose to receive your marketing emails again when they book or join.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes, to take member payments. You connect your Australian Stripe account during setup. Payouts flow directly into your own account; standard Stripe processing fees apply.
Do my members need an app?
No. Booking, payments, waivers and check-in work in any browser today. The Move Belong native app for iPhone and Android is in active development with web app access available now.
Where is our data stored?
Your studio's database and files are hosted in Sydney (AWS ap-southeast-2). Stripe, email and SMS providers process some data outside Australia.
What does Explore cost?
15% of a new customer's first paid booking with you, capped at $25. After that, repeat marketplace drop-ins carry card processing fees only so your studio nets the ticket price minus card processing. Direct bookings by your own members carry zero Move Belong booking fee.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Every plan includes one location. Each extra location is A$29 a month and adds 50 SMS segments. A location is premises you own, lease or hold under a standing arrangement and run under your name. Rooms and spaces are free and never change your price. You run them all from one central dashboard with unified reports.
Will my price go up?
Your tier moves with your paying member count, set each calendar month, at that tier's listed price. We give 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect.
Is SMS included?
Starter includes 50 segments a month, Studio 250 and Pro 500, plus 50 for each extra location, pooled into one balance. Extra segments are $0.12 each in prepaid credits. Texts cover transactional alerts: cancellations, changes, waitlist offers, and platform payment failures.
